"The price came under the quote. They came exactly when they said they would and they kept the area clean and came back twice to pick up roofing nails that landed in the grass. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after having lunch. I was so happy to find someone so honest and hardworking I called him to repair a tile on my house.

"Not a great experience overall. I wouldn't use them again. In short, the roof is good, and the guys who put it up were hardworking, on-time, and cleaned up well after themselves. So the product is fine, but dealing with the main office, or getting answers to questions is a joke. Plus they do not deliver what they agree to, and they outright ignore any questions you have. Complaint 1. Being told you would get a call back that day, don't hear back for 2/3 days. Happened several times. Not the biggest complaint, but poor basic customer service. It just sends a message that you're not important enough to follow back up with. Complaint 2. Initially I was quoted a 3 week out start date, when the salesman came to my home and I asked if we go with you guys, how fast is the turnaround time. End up being 10 weeks out. As long as they have been in business, they should be better at estimating start dates by now, so they are wildly inaccurate and unprofessional at best, or simply lying and deceitful at worst, in order to secure a job, instead of telling a customer it will take 10 weeks to come out. Complaint 3. I was told that bad weather was the cause of these delays. Workers being sick / bad weather can account for a certain amount of understandable wiggle room, but this amount of time is just unreasonable and unacceptable. That's over a 300% margin of error. Complaint 4. I was also told that my gutters would be removed (but not re-mounted) by the roofers so that they could add new flashing to the side of the house too. I was told this and it was agreed before I signed the contract. After signing, that all changed to, now we can't guarantee they won't be damaged if we do that - so you can risk it with our guys doing it, but we won't fix or help you with any damage that takes place. Complaint 5. When you sign their release form, you also have to agree to certain things like you will cover any areas below skylights / inside the attic etc. They also have the option that you can check a box if you'd like to see photo evidence of any wood they need to replace due to water damage. I requested that I'd like to see photos of the wood they needed to replace, months later and a follow up email asking about it, I still haven't heard anything. Complaint 6. I Had to hire a company to remove gutters before job could start. I used the (7 week later than initially advised) start date Tadlock gave me to arrange a date with the gutter guys in order to minimize the mount of time the gutters would be down. Then Tadlock pushed me back an extra week again, after the gutters are already down, a day before they were set to start. I explained to Tadlock why it was important to me to get a precise start date, but this apparently didn't matter much to them. I'm a business owner myself, and if I gave my customers such poor service, I wouldn't last very long. No apologies or explanations. In summary, this is the only time I'll work with this company, and I won't be recommending them to anybody I know, unless I really dislike the person :-) Complaint 7. Follow up: I'm now looking to get a price for Hurricane clips to be added to our roof in the attic. It's been 2 weeks now going back and forth with them about this. First they refused to believe that the house didn't already have them, based on the age, to not hearing from them for 10 days about having a guy come out to take a look and give me an accurate quote. I honestly just give up with them at this point!"

"Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"10 ⭠︠Review When all seemed lost as a result of the devastating Hurricane Michael, my Knights in shining armor are Art⠠s Construction. Here are the three (3) reasons for this statement: 1. Hurricane Michael took the roofs of both condos in Panama City - There were many roofers that I contacted who were too busy to even answer my call or were quoting prices that were unaffordable. In fact, it cost $$$$$ just to ⠠tarp⠠the hole in the roof. At that point, I was ready to ⠠throw in the towel⠠. However, not one to give up too easily, I made one more call. That call was to Art⠠s Construction. Sheila Wambo answered and said, ⠠Art⠠s Construction, how can I help you⠠. The words I was hoping to hear and believe. So, long story short, both condos received a fabulous new roof for a very fair price within days of that phone call. My heroes! 3. As a landlord, I had to accept the repair priority of full-time families being number one, so I waited 2 1/2 years for the next extensive list of repairs. I hired many different contractors, all who made many promises but found ⠠difficulty⠠with keeping those promises. It was as if I were a Priest or Psychologist listening to all of their tales of woe. All while making payments hoping for some promised outcome, but never quite getting the results that were promised. Then, as I was, again, about to abandon any hope of providing a tenant a home this year, there was another storm. So, another roofing repair was needed for one of the condos.
