Shelvy was not the least expensive but, Iâ ve learned through experience that so many other factors enter into a successful transaction. He was prompt for all our meetings. The consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about his product. I live on a lake and he suggested shutters without a center divider so as not to obstruct the view. Fabulous idea. He also was able to use a high gloss paint finish to match my trim, at no extra charge. No one else was able to do that. The installation was seamless and the installers were professional and I was comfortable having them in my home. Because of the southern exposure and reflection off the water, Shelvy was able to recommend a level of window tinting that provided UV protection but did not distort our view. All in all this was a seamless project from start to finish."

"Bryan Duke was the only one who took the time to fully understand my needs and proposed the correct solution. Had to replace an older wooden window measuring 6 pains by 6 pains or about 72" by 75" inside the window frame. Note: You can not get this type of window any more. So Bryan had to custom design a window which will look like the orginal window so it will blend in with the other windows on the house. Bryan did just that. Bryan was very professional, did quality work and I was very please with the results. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone."

"I was told when I signed the contract that it would take five and a half weeks(5/1/2)  I  callied them after 7 weeks and was told that they would be ready in 2 and a half weeks. I called them 4 or 5 times and they did not respond . They finally got in touch with me.  My shutters were finally  completed on 8/22/2015,  three months after  the original date. I must admit that the final product is perfect.  They did an excellent job.  Just wish that they had corresponded better. As far as using them again, I don't know.  I have to really think about it."
