She staged the master bedroom to look like an office and blocked the gorgeous view from the living room with furniture when I specifically asked her not to. When I asked her to rearrange she stopped working and talking to both me and my agent from then on. Kathy finished some of the staging during my open house. I had to rearrange and buy items myself where her's were inappropriate (Huge furniture in a small bedroom for example. Couldn't even open the closet door.)It was difficult to even arrange for her to pick the furniture up as she didn't want me near the house when she would be coming to pick the furniture up.
