"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. "I had called two other plumbers (one a fmaily member) to address this issue and both charged me but did not resolve the issue.
Ramon from Plotke showed up earlier than I expected which was a pleasant surprise, he got my previous info and personally surveyed the issue and suggested removing the toilet in the master bath and snaking the main drain extensively and clearing out the obstruction. This did the trick beautifully!
He also recommended that my old galvinzed pipes would continue to be a problem and suggested that eventually I should address replacing them. I asked for his owner to send me a bid for this project which I will likely have do in the not-so-distant future, but for now my pipes are clean!
