A few days later Tim N. and another technician came at my request because I thought the refrigerator had to be pulled out of its very tight space. Tim immediately recognized there was no need for a second technician. I was not charged for that second technician. Tim pulled the bottom freezer door out, found that the fan in the freezer assembly had a bent blade, fixed that and he was done within an hour. Now the refrigerator runs almost silently. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Watson Appliance for service again and would recommend them to a friend."

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THEIR WORK . then the salesman came back out and noticed the installer didnt do some things , so in the end they have bad communication between sales and installers. Make a list of things they said they were going to do and then verify that they did them because they wont tell you and then just send the bill."
