"He's good. They kind of specializes in pumps. I have both city water and a pump that I use for outside. It's really hard to find someone who works on the pumps. They come out and are courteous and get the job done. They'll tell me if something else is wrong or something that I should be doing. They're friendly. They're really excellent. "Our well pump blew the circuit breaker just after Christmas and Sampson Brothers came out for an emergency call the next day. Because of its location they had to pull the pump up by hand to repair the shorted wire. When they determined that the well flow was reduced because of debris, they made a second trip back just after New Years Day to blow the pump clear. Again having to raise it by hand. The owner and workers were on time, informative and polite. When we went out to observe, they willingly explained what was being done. I would definitely recommend them for any work on wells."

"I have used Roger Vadnais plumbing ever since the year 2000 when we got “this old 1950’s house” in Shoreview. I was always impressed, usually saw Gordy, sometimes Paul, or others, for various installations and repairs. They really saved me this one late Sunday night in 2011 when suddenly our toilets stopped working. I told the phone scheduler how the next morning my son, who was visiting, had to fly out east for his first deployment to Afghanistan. What a relief it was when Roger himself took off on that Sunday night and came over to our house and fixed the plumbing. Obviously, that earned my undying gratitude. Since that time, various things have needed to be done at this house, and usually Vadnais plumbing has been doing them, typically, I see Gordy, or Paul. "The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask.
