"I called contractor to get estimates for needed plumbing. Arrived a few minutes late but I received a call prior to arrival that would be late. After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. He was able to do the work at the time so I did not have to reschedule appointment. One of the requirements was to remove a broken disposal and disconnect from disposal switch. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover. He completed the work and cleaned up work area. I was very satisfied with the work and Chuck was very helpful and professional. <br />"

I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment. <br /> The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc. <br /> The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived. <br />"
