"Very very disappointing. I emailed three very clear photos to the woman I talked to on the phone who was actually seemed very helpful. I just needed them to replace a corroded outdoor faucet that was stuck to the pipe, and she emailed me back that it would take about an hour. But When the plumber arrived I had to tell him what the purpose of the visit was and I knew he hadn’t seen the pictures because he told me he couldn’t replace it or even cut the pipe (which is true b/c it's old steel, not copper), instead would have to go into the wall and it would be a huge deal and much more expensive. I would never have scheduled them if I know they couldn't fix it within an hour (that's why i sent the pics). So he spent maybe 2 minutes on a partial fix, talked with me a few minutes and said he was going to try to get his manager to come down on the price. He went out to talk to him on the phone and more than a few minutes later finally came back just to tell me they wouldn’t go down on the price--a ridiculous $125 for almost nothing. He just loosened the handle and I had to take the part to hardware store and replace it myself. Under no circumstances would I use this company again."

"Kevin was sent to my house to rewire a thermostat 5/17/24. Everything seemed great and I paid my $100 warranty call out fee. I needed to get the unit cleaned before he would rewire my thermostat. We set an appointment for 6/17/24. Today is 7/7/24 and Kevin has missed 6 appointments to date. I have already paid a call out fee for no thermostat to be rewired and he has stopped answering calls. Before today, his tech Josh was always "on the way" or I "would be the first appointment the next morning" but he will not give me any contact information for this tech. I have paid his company to do the work and have sat at home all day for 6 different days waiting on someone to show or at least call and cancel and no work has been completed."
