"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. "A very large tree fell in a heavy wind storm and did extensive damage to the roof and interior of our home creating holes in our roof and crushing part of the eves. We called Couto Construction because they did work for us before and we felt confident they had the right skilled workers and could complete the job before any more damage was done by water or snow. Couto Construction repaired the structural damage, replaced the roof, exterior siding and trim, gutters and repaired the interior drywall and plaster. Couto is a large, professionally run construction firm that can tackle large projects. Jeff completed our estimates and worked with our insurance company to make sure our home was restored to its original condition. Carlos (project manager) and Eddie (foreman) were always responsive and listened to any questions or concerns. I had phone numbers for both and was encouraged to call with any concerns. Chris, Cesae, and Justin did meticulous work and went above and beyond on the plaster and made sure I was happy with the work. Cleanup was very thorough. The exterior crew worked long days and some weekends to take advantage of the dry weather and prevent further damage. Overall I am very pleased with the work. When choosing roofers it is especially important to find a team that will complete the work thoroughly and safely. Couto is certified by Owens Corning and you receive a long warranty for the roof. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"Working with Pro Home Services was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor.
When we decided to replace our siding with the Hardie board, we interviewed and got estimates from all four preferred James Hardie remodelers in the greater Boston area.  Pro Home Services was the last contractor we interviewed.   We hired Pro Home after meeting with Brad, the business manager and Eric, the owner. 
Pro Home?s customer service went above and beyond comparing with the other three companies.  For the estimates,
two companies gave us hand-written quotes right at our house during the first visit and these quotes were the highest. 
The other company emailed us the estimates over 10 days later than the promised date. 
Brad made the effort to drop by our house; hand delivered the professionally written estimate, explained to us all details and patiently answered all of our questions.  We were very impressed with his knowledge and down-to-earth approach to our questions and needs.  In addition to siding replacement, we also wanted to replace the roof, gutter, kitchen window and sliding patio door.  I was very glad that I listened to Brad while I was trying to make decisions about which products to choose.   The window and door that he suggested turned out to be much better value and fit in the house perfectly then the more expensive products that I had in mind originally.   
 I am very particular about the color of the house and I had a hard time picking the right color for the Hardie Plank.  Eric has been very patient, very understanding and very helpful with my moments of indecision.  When I tried to work out the color choice with the other contractors, one contractor told me to go to Home Depot and buy sample paint myself, and another contractor just totally ignored my concerns.  In order to help us choosing the best color, Eric sample painted areas in the back of the house with the top colors of my choice.   I really appreciated Pro Home doing this, since the painted color on the house looks quite different from the color on the computer screen or the catalog.  Pro Home really helped me choosing the right color!
The entire Pro Home crew was very polite, efficient, easy to work with and respectful of our home.  It was a pleasure to have them around.  They paid great attention to details and the workmanship was superb.  In spite of bitterly cold weather in New England winter, they have been working hard and remained pleasant from start to finish.  
Also, very importantly, the communication was great throughout the entire project.  Once I had a concern with the
ongoing roof install and called Eric.  He showed up at my house within an hour and resolved the issue quickly.  The issue turned out mostly due to my lack of knowledge about roofing.  When we weren?t home, Eric would email or text us with photo snap shots of their progress.  The crew would always notify us if they had a question or encounter a potential issue. 
It was very reassuring that Pro Home made a strong commitment to quality and they took their work very seriously.  The crew cleaned up very neatly every day and the neighbors never had any issues.
They finished our punch list items efficiently.  The finished project is amazing!  Our house has been magically transformed.  The quality of work speaks for itself.  We continue to get compliments from neighbors and total strangers.  We greatly appreciate Eric, Brad, Sargio (the foreman), Eric?s father and all the rest of the Pro Home team for their professionalism,
responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.  We would highly recommend Pro Home for any

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."
