"After a day of work, we went out to take a look at how things were coming along.  We realized that a 12x20 patio really wasn't big enough to suit our needs, so we asked MID-PROJECT if Correy could expand the patio to 16x20.  He took this in stride, gave us a new estimate on how much extra this would cost, and once everything was settled he just took care of it with a smile.
He and his crew were efficient, professional, and friendly.  They got the patio knocked out pretty quick, and it looks amazing.
As a side note, during this patio installation, there was a large dumpster deposited in our driveway so that construction waste could be disposed of.  When the dumpster company came to pick the dumpster up, they WRECKED the driveway.  Tore one side of it apart.  Correy immediately took ownership of this problem, dealt directly with the dumpster company, and when the dumpster company refused to pay for repairs Correy took care  of it.  He even told us to withhold the final balance of the patio project until the driveway was repaired to our satisfaction.  Once it was fixed, we happily wrote the check for the second half of the patio.
I would absolutely recommend Fletcher Custom Design to anyone who needs paver work done.  Their workmanship is outstanding, and customer support is second to none.
