"We bought a new under cabinet exhaust that needed to be installed. It was larger than what we had. Keith and Paul removed the old exhaust; rewired the new unit as it was hard-wired so they used the cord from the old unit; raised the cabinet up about 6 inches; and put in a new backing to accommodate everything. It looks fantastic and they took a lot of time and effort to make sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend and use this company again."

"Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"

"It was a 2 part job: Part 1 - a tear down of master bedroom en-suite double sink vanity and large plate glass mirror, painting and repair of ceiling wall cracks, installing new vanity and topping with quartz, and hanging 2 - 30x36 mirrors over new vanity. Part 2 - Total tear down of hall full bathroom. Tub removal and conversion to walk in shower, old sink and vanity replaced with under mount sink and new faucets as well as installing new quartz top. Linen closet upgraded to new cabinets and pulls. Walls and ceiling repainted and cracks at wall/ceiling edge repaired. A large boxed-in fluorescent light fixture over vanity removed and replaced with modern 5-light fixture. New towel bars installed as well as new tp holder and medicine cabinet door upgrade. All work was performed at a highly efficient and professional level. It is very apparent this contractor’s top priority is work is done to meet and exceed customers’ satisfaction. The experience was made as convenient to our schedules as possible and clear communication as to responsibilities of customer purchases and what was provided/covered by contractor. Overall an excellent experience. Price was competitive - good professional work, done correctly the first time is never cheap, but you get what you pay for and we are very satisfied with the work done."

"I highly recommend DilMak Services ! They replaced the entire duct work of a house built in 1957. Another company said it could not be done without cutting through the ceiling since there was only 12â Attic crawl space. They quoted me the price to tear into the ceiling where the ducts would be installed, the price to install along with the price to repair the ceiling. DilMak came to the rescue and made one hole in the ceiling and magically changed all ducts. "I chose ARS out of 6 candidates for my bathroom remodeling project because of Marcus Armstrong. When I explained what I wanted done Marcus was the only contractor who said my particular request to have a walk-in shower was possible and gave me some ideas/choices. And what really determined my decision was the bathtub part of the project. I was leaning towards just leaving it as is, until he came up ideas to help me decide. Marcus's ability to visualize possibilities and provide me with great choices is such a necessary talent which I relied on heavily throughout the entire project and is just ONE of his many great qualities. I always felt that he was fully invested in making my renovation a great experience (and restores my damaged, by horrible experiences, faith in hiring contractors) and like it was his only project. So the professionalism is another high quality trait that is greatly appreciated. I could write a book on all the great qualities Marcus/ARS has, but aside from what I've already listed a few more important traits for a contractor to have is integrity, dependability, and honor. You will pay more going through a renovation specialist, but it's worth it because they deal with all the headaches of hiring and management of all the specific contractors needed to accomplish specific tasks. And ARS does so while providing a guarantee that all work will be completed with high quality standards even when the project is complete I know if something fails to work properly or for instance cracks in the grout are forming that Marcus will get it fixed even though my project is completed. That is also worth the extra you are paying for. There is so much more positive things I could write about these guys so I end this with a glowing recommendation for ARS and my next project of renovating my kitchen & living room will definitely be done by ARS."
