"Joe and team were great! I really appreciate how Joe helped us to explore options for replacing broken tile before deciding to replace the whole floor. Initially, Joe even tried to help us source the same tile as the existing floor so that we could try to repair rather than replace it all. Eventually, we decided to replace the whole floor as the old tile was no longer in production and there was evidence that the rest of the floor was not properly installed by whomever had done it before we moved in. This illustrated to me that he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need until we were sure we needed it. I appreciate that Joe and team did a fantastic job! We are really happy with how the floor came out. Overall, it wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but we felt we could trust Joe & team to do the job well without cutting corners.
