"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"This was out first experience with JB West Roofing. Our first contact was with Rachel Lange, she was professional and answered all of the questions we had regarding our damaged roof. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the entire roofing process, and in my opinion exactly the type of employee I would want contacting customers and representing my company. We decided to install the brand new Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle, which is wind rated for 130+ mph. Virgillio Martinez was our project manager during the install process, and his install team was exceptional. From the moment he arrived on site, he explained the entire process and his crew was amazing. One the first day the old roof was ripped off, and they cleaned the roof of all debris just like it was brand new sheathing. The install of the ice shield and synthetic underlayment was quick and exact, I can tell you this crew knew exactly what they were doing. The shingle install process was started on day one, and fully completed on day two. Even during this time frame they had to compete with a significant wind, but you could tell that they had been faced with this before and it was no problem. As far as the product, it has only been on our roof for less than a week but I can tell you that the roof looks great and the sealing strip on the shingles is very aggressive which provides for an amazing seal. Virgillio explained that this was probably one of the first roofs in Indiana that had the Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle installed, and he was impressed with the quality and flexibility of the shingles. JB West Roofing didnâ t pay me a dime to write this review, but I like to pass on to other potential customers my experiences, either good or bad when dealing with contractors. There are a lot of fly by night so called contractors out there that may sound like a good deal. I can tell you from personal experience JB West is not in that category, they are professional roofers that focus on customer service. If you want someone that keeps their word, know how to install a professional roof with an experienced team then I can absolutely recommend them."

"Jose was an amazing project manager to work with during my roof install. Thank you Home Genius Exteriors for a stress free experience."

"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."

"From the very beginning, working with Anthony Dellamano and his team was an exceptional experience. I had reached out to several roofing companies—many with outstanding reviews—and while they were all professional, M&M stood out immediately. Getting in touch with Anthony (and everyone from M&M) was incredibly easy. He was responsive, informative, and made everything feel comfortable—zero pressure- just genuine, honest guidance. What really impressed me was the thoroughness of his approach. While other companies gave me quick quotes from a satellite image or just from a visual inspection, Anthony was the only one who actually went into my attic, got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and walked me through everything. Most of the companies just focused on up selling my shingles- Anthony focused on what I asked for. M&M set clear expectations from day one—and then exceeded every single one of them. Not only did they stay true to the proposed timeline, but the work was also completed well ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question (no matter how small), Anthony or someone from his team would respond almost immediately. The final result far surpassed what I had envisioned. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and incredibly well-managed. If you're considering any kind of roofing or remodeling project, I can't recommend this company highly enough. Anthony Dellamano and his team are who you want—knowledgeable, trustworthy, and first rate, professional results. I recommend giving a call to M&M and don't forget to ask for Anthony - you won't regret it."

"The Rogers team came and provided a very thorough inspection. I had no idea the state of my roof… I’m glad we caught this because it needs to be nipped in the bud!"

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"We have once again reached out to Joe Kim at J & K Home Improvements when we had a new project planned. We were completely satisfied when we replaced our siding and roof with Joe. Now Joe and his professional crew have replaced all our windows . There are never surprises or additions from when the job is quoted. Once again we are totally satisfied and delighted with their work!! It has been a stress free experience each and every time."
