"The technician was EARLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE,  and EFFICIENT.   We had a window of 12 to 5 PM and the technician called us at 10 AM saying that he would be able to come ASAP!   AWESOME!    He did his job and didn't do MORE than was needed!
