"If I could give this company a zero I would. The problems began with the person driving the demolition machine that was tearing the old hardwood flooring up. He drove the machine into my entryway wall leaving a big hole, he broke my door frame leading from the entry way to the guest bath and master bedroom. This person did not have the decency to inform me of the damage he caused. The machine splashed dirt and glue on the walls and doors throughout the areas where he was demolishing the floor.The other 2 young men tried to clean the dirt & glue off the walls and doors after I brought it to their attention but did not do a good job. I called the owner of the company to advise him of the problems and not to send the 3 Stoogie's back to my home. he assured me that everything would be repaired, I advised him I was going to have someone come in and do the repairs he insisted he was going to have it done. He uses a company called Floor Installer 225- 362-4234 to install the new hardwood floors, this young man is professional and very knowledgable regarding laying the flooring. When the floor man came I went upstairs to do work , I could hear nailing, after about 45 minutes I go downstairs and the 3 Stoogies are leaving he sent them to fix the door frame and the hole in the wall. You can just imagine what that looks like. Willie doesn't care about your property the bottom line for him is getting paid. I would never recommend him to friends or foe. Worst experience of my life."
