"While they were not able to repair our refrigerator, the technician was knowlegable. First visit he did a diagnostic and ordered a part. Returned in two days with the part and replaced it. When he left I was not convinced the fridge was working properly, but the technician assured me it was working. The next day the fridge still was not cold. After doing some research, it was determined I had a freon leak and it was not worth repairing as it would not hold freon anymore. They refunded my repair money and only charged me for the service call less $20 since they could not repair the unit. My only complaint is they do not get back to you when promised. You have to keep after them for updates and information. Because of their repair approach and honesty, I do recommend them."

"Luis was terrific. Maybe I got lucky but all other places I called could not come for 3 to 4 days. Luis arrived 30 minutes after I called him and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator not cooling. He fixed it within about 45 minutes and he gave me a little advice to help keep it in good order as well. His English is not perfect but you try working in another language other than your own and see how far you get before offering any criticism as I saw some people do in reviews. He was so good and fast I highly recommend him and plan to use him exclusively for future repairs. He did want to be paid by check or cash which is perfectly fine. Luis did not demand cash as I saw another reviewer say. Great job and a really nice guy."
