"Rutland may be good at some things, but did not seem to have the knowledge or techniques to control rats, especially when the rats had moved inside for the winter. They were unable or unwilling to find where the rodents were entering the home, and missed at least two entry points. After waiting 3 weeks with zero results to show for the money we'd spent, I hired another company. They proposed a clear plan that explained the course of their treatment, which has followed their time-line. Rats are hard to eliminate once they get inside a home.
