From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody. Everything went well and I can charge even more rent as my property is up to date and to code. Thank you again Mr Mike for the great job you did."
