While we interviewed a number of contractors, AESs professionalism, experience and approach really came through. One hiccup towards the end of the project was our vanity top was made the incorrect size, and since we had already been without a bathroom for 4+ weeks we were definitely disappointed and frustrated. Tim Munson, AESs President, worked with us to get the problem resolved and a new vanity made and installed within three days, which we really appreciated. In todays day or big box stores and companies, AES really sets themselves apart with their approach to customer service, craftsmanship and getting the job done correctly.
