When their quote came in above the other bids I got, Jim worked with me to get to a price that we could both agree on - I was willing to not go with the lowest bid because I knew the quality of what I would get from Freedom would be higher. Construction was a bit delayed because of weather, but the team was great and the owner Steve came by to meet me the first day and returned the second to inspect the job. The fence looks great!"

Unlike other companies that wanted to install pressure treated pine, Dwayne explained how proper selection of the type of wood used for the fence would result in the fence having a longer service life. <br /> The work started and ended on time. "Jeff and his crew were professional and patient throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and details required for HOA approval. He accomodated all my special requests; 5 ft cedar fence with New England style post caps, single side yard gate and double back gate both with concave dips. Had to wait a few weeks after HOA approval and intial payment for special ordered materials to arrive. Installation was scheduled soon after ( the crew even carefully removed a couple of shrubs along the fence line I wanted to save). The crew arrived on time and quickly installed the fence on a super hot day. Jeff stopped by to check on the project that afternoon. Installation began at 8am and was completed by 3pm. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris and demonstrated how to open and close gate latches. Fence looks great! Would hire again."

"Removal of the old fencing and installation of the new aluminum fencing was completed in a day. Tri County personnel were awesome. Worked with Susan Cook on several different fencing options before we settled on the aluminum fencing. She was very patient and made several trips to the house to determine the most cost effective way to accomplish the project. The installation team completed the project in about 10 hours removing all the old wood fencing and excess dirt. It was a pleasure working with a truly professional team. Also love the "bronze" finish"

"Mark Roberts and the building crew were excellent! They removed our 384 sq. foot wood deck completely and installed a composite deck the same size. It is absolutely beautiful and we are getting compliments from everyone! Mark did a really good job inspecting our existing structure, explaining things to us, drawing up ideas for what we wanted (we originally wanted a deck/patio combo but the county wouldn't approve the permit), and helping us get a site survey. Mark came back after the county denied our original permit and did all the paperwork over again to get a full deck. He was very helpful and accommodating. The crew that worked on the project were very professional and worked very quickly. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprise costs and the job was done in about a week and a half. We have had to deal with some very poor contractors in the past when it came to our deck so we were skeptical but Deck and Fence Company did better than we expected. We wish they did more than just decks and fences so we could hire them for other jobs. I would recommend them 100%."
