Main issues: estimator did not listen to my wish list or preferred layout. I specifically wanted to keep the hallway and construct a door to outside patio. Instead, estimate substituted unneeded closets in lieu of hallway. I requested a built up floor for bathroom since I preferred not to cut the concrete floor, but the estimate included expensive sawing, demolition, and restoration of basement floor. Other small and miscellaneous requests not included or contrary to preferences. <br />"
