After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. After we agreed on what work was included and settled on the price, he offered a number of extra items at no charge (I only covered the cost of materials), minor repairs, cleaning the roof and the gutters, painting the drain pipes, the gutters, the shutters, lighting fixtures and the foundation, getting a pair of replacement shutters.
