"John (Tempco owner/operator) did an excellent job replacing an old carpet on our finished basement floor + 2 sets of stairs. Bonus points for: 1) exceeding expectation of a second set of stairs and 2) cutting my wife (a teacher) some small carpet pieces for use in her classroom. Estimate: John did an in person estimate where he measured the space, showed large professional samples in the space, and even gave us color/texture recommendations based on space use and wall color. Since he was the best provider we interacted with, we selected him and gave deposit to order the carpet. Install day: John and Ryan were professional and courteous for the 6-hour install. Carpet looks amazing and the workspace was cleaner than when they started."

"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. "Ed was one of three invididuals who came to my home to provide a quote for the work I needed: repair of a damaged area in my kitchen floor as well as sanding/refinishing the kitchen floor and a bedroom floor where I had pulled up an old carpet. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. His quote was actually the lowest of the three I obtained, but it was his long experience in the trade (and other excellent reviews) that convinced me to hire him. He was able to obtain a piece of reclaimed wood to repair the damage in the kitchen floor and integrated the repaired pieces seamlessly into the existing floorboards. The job was completed over a day and a half, and though I'm waiting to move furniture back into the rooms, the floors look wonderful. I will certainly hire him in the future if I need other hardwood floor repairs."

"Brandon and his crew are fantastic! My wife and I are totally satisfied with his job. We did a total makeover of our kitchen and pantry, about 300 square feet total. Job included gutting to the studs, wiring, plumbing, insulation, blueboard & plaster, painting, cabinet install, custom shelving in pantry and bookcase, hardwood floor repair and refinishing. All of Brandon's subcontractors were quality people as well. Brandon made a schedule ahead of time, and held to it, even when other contractors (countertop install) threw 'monkey wrenches' into the schedule. This is very important to you when you are eating off of a hot plate!
From start to finish, Brandon communicated everything very clearly and responded promptly to any calls or emails.
No major project goes without minor glitches, but Brandon stood behind his commitment at every turn, and made sure every part of the job was up to our very high standards.
He handled all the paperwork and permitting with the town seemlessly.
His price was very reasonable, significantly less expensive than other quotes, yet his work was top-notch.

Rodolfo Galo responded promptly to our request for an estimate to replace several clapboards on our home along with scraping and painting the exterior of the house. He emailed the quote to us on the following day. He also furnished us with a Certificate of Insurance before he began the work. The project was delayed by one day but he called in advance to let us know. They began the work on a Monday morning, showing up at 7:30 AM. The entire project took one week and each day they were at our home at 7:30 AM and worked until it was too dark to work anymore. We even increased the scope of work to be done and they were still able to get the entire project completed within the one week estimated time. They were very quiet and respectful of our property. They covered our windows and shrubs with plastic and tarps as they were painting. They never bothered us with loud music or the request to use our bathroom. Rodolfo and Jose, were very pleasant and thorough in their preparation of the clapboards to be painted. When the project was complete, they removed all trash and debris from our property. They even took the old shutters from our home to dispose of them. We would not hesitate to hire them again. The job went very smoothly and was well done.
