"Dan and his associate actually did a nice job replacing my old cedar fence around my pool with a combination vinyl and aluminum fencing last fall. Dan was very pleasant throughout the process. Unfortunately, when I opened my pool this spring, I discovered that they had punctured some underground pool return piping while installing one of the fence posts. (The pool was already closed last fall when they replaced the fence so there was no immediate water leak at the time of puncture.) I am disappointed because Dan would not respond to either email or phone call (with message) to discuss this matter."

When he measured the distance it was a little less than I had told him since we decided not to have the fence go into the woods. He gave us a written estimate on the spot and we gave him a deposit. "Overall things went great.  The guys worked hard, the fence looks great, and they were good about asking questions if they weren't sure about a particular section.  Our back area slopes quite a bit so the installer did an excellent job making sure it looked aesthetically pleasing, and also backfilled dirt in areas where there would have been gaps due to dips in our yard.  The only reason I didn't give A's all around was that we put down our initial payment, was told it would be 4-6 weeks to get material, and I received a call one morning while I was at work saying the guys were on the way.  I was happy they were coming but would have appreciated some advanced notice so I could be there when they showed up to do a quick walk through. <br />"
