"I have a slate roof and a rubber roof and had difficulty finding someone who could do a proper inspection with repairs. I stumbled upon Doherty Slate Roofing in Swampscott, MA. Several houses have slate roofs in our town. I have to say, he did an excellent job in repairing my rubber roof as well as the slate roof, which had missing slates and broken slates. Jason was spectacular. He also repaired the Boston Saddle hips and the flat copper roof. The work was done promptly, and the cleanup was very, very good. I am excited to write this review as we need people like Doherty to give us honest advice and understand this unique roof for repairs. Doherty took extreme care not to drop anything in the garden. The clean-up was excellent. I am ready for the winter and do not worry about leaks and ice damage from the missing slates."

"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. "1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"Brian and his crew were incredible. He was one of the better quotes, and included much more. He replaced the roof, a few rakes, and even a chimney repair (which were all extras he didn’t charge me for). I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality. Use him."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"They were able to do the job three weeks earlier than scheduled. The workers showed up right on time, went right to work and got the job done in one day as promised at the exact price quoted. All of the debris was cleaned up and the yard was left in the same condition as when they arrived. The workers were professional and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend Roofers Edge to anyone looking to replace their old roof.

"Nick and company did a great job with my rubber roof project. The roof work is excellent, very strong carpentry skills were evident as they repaired extensive wood damage and the job site was kept supper clean each day. Will hire Nick again in an instant."

"These guys did a great job on my roofing repair. I would recommend they to anyone!"

"This company was by far the best that I’ve hired, it was a wonderful experience . The foreman Luis was very professional, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the roof and gutter repairs. He made it clear upon completion he would want me to be satisfied with the work. He was always on site and did the final walk through with me to assure all was done right. The workers were all business and very respectful of my property and left little to no mess while working on the home. I am very happy with the workmanship and the materials used for this project. I highly recommend (one time construction inc) I will definitely be using this company for future projects on the home."
