"John Bates responded as soon as I went looking for a roofing company. We did not know what bad shape our roof was in. We could not have asked for anyone better than John and his roofing crew. They worked in the cold of December to make sure we were well taken care of. They worked with our insurance company to insure we got the best shingles and other materials and that everything was installed to perfection. We had an added problem in that we have an old solar system on the roof and they figured out a way to protect it, make sure it worked when they were done and did not have to replace one piece. the concern of the roofers and of John lets us praise them to whoever will listen. if you need a new roof 730 South Exteriors should be your first consideration. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Jon and his team were awesome. One specific job we had was a repair/replacement of some stamped & colored concrete in our driveway. Jon wasn't happy with how it came out initially, and determined that re-sealing the whole driveway to get the colors to match was the only way to do it properly, so he did so w/o any additional charge.
