"We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. They moved the furniture and after they were done, they put it all back where it had been. I highly recommend them. I will again for future projects!"
