"The project went really well. Mike did a nice job of helping with the design work so we got maximum use out of the large open basement. There were overhead vents and pipes and a central steel supporting beam that had to be worked around. Mike and his crew quickly framed in the bedrooms and then ran all the electrical wire for outlets, ceiling lights etc. Drywall was then hung and finished followed by a drop ceiling. Doors and trim were hung and the whole job went very quickly. Less than two weeks as I recall. The basement bathroom was completely redone at the same time and we were very happy with the outcome. New lighting, vent fan, towel bars, sink and toilet. I would definitely have Mike and Konstruct Pros do another remodel for me!! Very pleasant to work with, respectful, hard-working and on time. Delivered what was promised."
