"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up. <br /> Overall, customer service and communication were not the best. <br /> <br />"

"This is the 3rd time we have used Pat Pennington to resurface bathtubs. Each time the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding. He brings old bathtubs back to life. Whether the tubs are weathered and chipped or just the wrong color, it looks better than new after Resurf. He even re-grouted an area of the tub that had been filled in inappropriately with caulk. Pat returned my initial call quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work- recommending that we replace plumbing fixtures prior to him coming in. He is friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to many friends, all of which have been equally pleased. One of the best companies we have worked with over the last four remodeling jobs."

Marshall and the crew were prompt, courteous, professional and it was a pleasure spending the day with them as they worked diligently and very hard.
