"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "They were very patient and helpful with all of the issues that were present while replacing my roof and gutters. I had 2x6 boards, rather than plywood, as my roof substrate and a large amount was rotted out. They spent extra days on the project, communicated very well and sent pictures. The extra items I requested, the wood replacement (including all the gutter attachment boards) and some cracked cedar siding were taken care of well and for a reasonable price."

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. "I recently had my roof repaired by James L. Graves Construction. I called for an estimate and they came out promptly. Their assessment of my roof repair was thorough and their estimate was reasonable and comprehensive. Because of pending rain, they asked if they come a day early. I was impressed. They did an excellent job on my roof as well as repairing the bay window metal roofing. My nephew who has a roofing company in Georgia was vising the next weekend and said they did an excellent job and was very thorough in providing me with quality materials. I am very happy to have chosen a reliable and profession company. Bryan, who oversaw everything, was a pleasure to work with."
