"We had a good experience with Alex Freddi a few years ago for a bathroom remodel, so we hired him again for our recent kitchen remodel. Project manager Gary had every subcontractor scheduled perfectly, everyone did a wonderful job, the jobsite was kept clean and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend this company."

"Tom is great i will use aloha Renovation again"

"I had Amadou out for a bid about two years ago on two rooms – this room and an oddly-shaped room that I later did myself. I was ready to proceed with the one square room, and despite cutting my project by more than half, the bid went up 15%. Business may be good in the construction industry, but holy cow."

"Working with Ron on our kitchen remodel was hands-down the best contractor/ remodel experience we've ever had. It couldn't have been easier or painless. Ron is a true professional and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone."

"The first job that John did for me was a shower remodel. Old fiberglass shower was replaced with tiled one, also new tile floor and a new toilet. It's bigger now and looks gorgeous! It was done on time, as scheduled and at reasonable price. When my old deck needed repair, I called John again. His crew replaced all damaged wood and now my old deck looks like new! John and his crew are easy to work with, polite, clean everything after the work is done. I would definitely recommend and hire again."

"Looking for a contractor for your remodeling job? We give John Wood five stars. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. He was also always up front about the costs of the various components. Our new home is gorgeous and reflects his sharp eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier. In short, if you want a highly skilled, trustworthy, hardworking contractor for your large (or small) job, we highly recommend John Wood of JAW Construction."

"Val really listened to my request and gave me options that worked within my budget limit. Also, both Val and Moses responded to any concerns with immediate attention. My kitchen remodel was executed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the result. I can tell that they take pride in their work and it shows in the end result. I would have no problem working with them again."

"Outstanding experience from start to finish. Clear pricing, great communication, and high-quality workmanship. The project was completed on time with no surprises. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable construction and remodeling team"

"Ziebart Construction did a good job on our kitchen remodel and new floors. The process was fast, organized, and everything looks beautiful. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but we liked Matt and we felt comfortable him. There were some issues with communication on both sides. With the remodel, we weren’t happy with the layout of the semi-custom cabinets. The CAD drawings were 2-D so we couldn’t “see” how the cabs would look installed. The virtual tour would have helped, but we had to pay extra to replace & modify some cabinets. We ended up paying about the same price as full custom cabinets (+ $1000.00 more). The quality of all the cabinets were very good. To be fair, Matt was being careful as the virtual tour would have put us over budget as his quote was already at our max. He let us go over budget later when we asked with reasonable terms so we could get the fixes & extras done. For the consumer: Buy the $500 virtual tour if you’re getting new cabinets. Make sure you're prepared before each meeting. Study the contracts and be clear about what you want & what you think you’re getting before you sign it. Do this via email before Matt comes over, he won’t have time to make changes onsite. We did LOTS of extra demo, prep, cleanup, purchases, & design decisions hoping to reduce the cost of the project. In the end, the price was the same as quoted which was disappointing but it does look beautiful. Keep an eye on the work as you go. The trades people are busy too and they don’t read minds. If you don’t like something; talk to Matt or Rick and they’ll fix it. *Note: When the final bill came in, the project did cost less than my math said it should be. I suspect that Matt may have reduced the remaining bill for the fixes/add-ons a little to fit my max monthly payment ability we talked about earlier. I think this speaks to the character of who he is and that’s another reason why we’ll use & recommend Ziebart Construction again despite the hiccups."
