He did a fantastic job on replacing my handrail brackets and fixing my wooden couch. The tech left my house just as clean as when he arrived. "Crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time (if not a little early) and worked hard digging outside to get to the area of the foundation that needed repair to a couple of small cracks. They did identify the main source of water intrusion around the window area and made sure they fixed it properly. They waterproofed the window area and a large section of the exposed foundation to make sure they had maximum coverage to stop any water intrusion. Haven't had any problems since then."

Therefore, Chris proactively called me every two weeks to update me the latest, after he told me in Mar that my project probably be on in May. The price is very reasonable. Plus, I like the way of pricing - the qoute is lump-sum and no additional charge for 'trivials' during the project. When the project began, we found the steps of side door need to be removed and re-made. Chris did not charge me additionally for the new steps."
