"From the moment I contacted Ed I felt as if it would be a good outcome, and I wasn t disappointed. We walked all around the house foundation-repair project and discussed possible fixes. I asked to see pictures of previous jobs, he presented the proposal, I mulled it over, and I received responses to my questions. I made the required deposit, he provided reasonable start and finish dates and kept me updated on the schedule. He rebuilt about 90% of my 100 year-old house foundation/retaining wall, and painted it along with the porch, stairs, window frames, threshold, etc. He placed vinyl railings and covered three columns. Did I mentioned that my house looks amazing? When COVID-19 hit, he kept me abreast of supply deadlines and consulted with me regarding material and proposal changes. He and his team put in a full days work each day unless the weather didn t cooperate. They cleaned up daily and left it looking better than when they started. I plan to hire him in the future for another project or two."

DAM Concrete is a new company, built off of 10+ years in the trade. I started with my families company in Toledo, OH and then I joined Local 886 as an apprentice and in 4 years I became a Foreman. I decided to move down the Columbus 3 years ago working as a supervisor for a company. I've been on all sorts of projects from residential driveways and stamped patios, to commercial warehouses and apartment building to just name a few. I've always had the goal to own my own company one day, and I'm starting to live that dream.

"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

He was able to answer all of our questions and put everything in writing. His cost was the same or lower than the other quotes we got and with his years in the industry and favorable reviews, we felt like this was a good fit. The company did not disappoint. Gabe kept in touch consistently until the weather cleared up enough to begin work. His crew arrived on time every day. They were very friendly and professional and worked very hard the entire time. We made some minor changes to the plan during the process and Gabe and the crew didn't seem to mind. Each day, they cleaned up the yard and left everything in perfect condition. The work took about 6 days. We are more than thrilled with the results. The patio is beautiful and sturdy. The lead worker on our crew was so meticulous about the measurements and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Gabe checked in with us daily to make sure we were satisfied. "They gave us a very competitive bit. They are a very reputable company. They shy away from the newest trends. They follow tried and true things. They are not a company that is going to fall easily in to some new product to push on their customers. They were able to easily cover our porch with no problem. They were very comfortable and confident. They have a very specific process for steps that they use. They have a giant piece of concrete and then cover them with your material. They don't offer services they are not experts in. The downside is there are some things they are leery with doing some things they are not familiar with. They are a little low on the creativity side. You will get something that is solid and made to last. They didn't really follow a plan that I had drawn up by another company. I don't think we would have had that issue if they were following their own plan. I think they are an outstanding company.Their quality and workmanship is awesome. They know how to lay a patio that is going to last you. You won't have sink holes or problems. If you want a job to been done well then they are a great company. They are very nice. They are not pushy at all. hey are competitive. They don't have very good ideas that are aesthetically pleasing."
