"The original front porch on our house was unusable because it was less than 4 feet deep and the wood floor was unstable and slanting. John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. The project resulted in a remarkable improvement in our house's curb appeal and functionality. John was professional, punctual, creative and reasonable throughout the scope of the project. "I was so happy after Northwest Construction Group completed my bathrooms that I hired them again to remodel my kitchen. They were able to give more than I ever imagined I could manage while remaining within budget. What makes this company special is that the designer took the time to meet with me to discuss and understand how I use my kitchen. This led to the final product being a truly functional kitchen. I was initially concerned that adding more counterspace and cabinets would make the room feel cramped, but somehow, even though everything is within the same footprint, the entire room feels so much larger. Construction went very smoothly and was minimally invasive. Along the way, they found some miscellaneous issues outside of the scope of the project and took care of them to ensure my home was safe. I received frequent updates throughout the project and remained well informed. The workers were reliable, arrived on time, worked full days, and ultimately completed the project on schedule.
