He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We originally wanted the front top of our dock repaired but in the end we decided to have them replace the boards of the entire dock and the larger timbers that needed replacing underneath. Yaro is an amazing worker and they had the dock done in one week! They definitely aim to please. Another plus is they clean up and haul away all the old lumber and leave the area spotless. "I was impressed!  I sent an email when I found Ryan's Restoration on Angie's List.  I received an immediate response and an appointment was set up within two days.(I had a short turn around because the house was being re-rented).  Bob, who was superb, came out on Saturday at 1:30 and worked non-stop till about 7:30.  He was super professional, pleasant, and did an outstanding job.  The carpet are looking wonderful after stretching (no ripples), repair, and cleaning.  The tile looks great and I feel comfortable letting new renters move in (the old renters had three dogs and I wanted to make sure the house was clean and safe).  I would re-hire them in a minute....a very professional service organization.

"I wanted to give kudos to Adrian and his team. I had a guest break a corner soap, which needed to be replaced. The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices. Adrian came back with a reasonable price and was able to get someone out the next week. They were totally professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again."

His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know.
