"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "I live on the second floor of a condominium. Also, I have two story glass sliding doors that look out to a lake.  In other words, its a challenge to get it done correctly.  I called the company I had used last time and their rates had gone up so I had the incentive to find a more reasonable priced window cleaning service.  I called The Window Cleaner service and spoke to the owner Ken and described the job.  He quoted a price that was $30 lower than the other company, so I made an appointment. Jeff Williamson is his assistant and who came to do the job.  He was very polite, pleasant, and did an excellent job.  However, to avoid any misunderstanding, and because it was a phone quote, I pointed out the windows and how large they were and verified the price.  He confirmed the price. I recommend that before you start any job that was contracted over the phone that the job and price be confirmed BEFORE the work is begun.  He cleaned inside and out of all the windows and sliding glass doors.  Also, he cleaned the screens and wiped down the tracks so they would work better.  I provided silicone spray and he sprayed all the tracks.  He did a wonderful job, I will continue to use this service, and I recommend them to everyone.
