"I live on the second floor of a condominium. Also, I have two story glass sliding doors that look out to a lake.  In other words, its a challenge to get it done correctly.  I called the company I had used last time and their rates had gone up so I had the incentive to find a more reasonable priced window cleaning service.  I called The Window Cleaner service and spoke to the owner Ken and described the job.  He quoted a price that was $30 lower than the other company, so I made an appointment. Jeff Williamson is his assistant and who came to do the job.  He was very polite, pleasant, and did an excellent job.  However, to avoid any misunderstanding, and because it was a phone quote, I pointed out the windows and how large they were and verified the price.  He confirmed the price. I recommend that before you start any job that was contracted over the phone that the job and price be confirmed BEFORE the work is begun.  He cleaned inside and out of all the windows and sliding glass doors.  Also, he cleaned the screens and wiped down the tracks so they would work better.  I provided silicone spray and he sprayed all the tracks.  He did a wonderful job, I will continue to use this service, and I recommend them to everyone.
