"Carol Services did an excellent job at installing a luxury vinyl floor in our house. The owner, John, was honest and straightforward about options and costs, which seemed reasonable to us. We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. My wife and I strongly recommend Carol Services to anyone interested in having a new floor professionally installed."

"Small issue...due to size shower back wall needed seam Was not installed as agreed with sales. Think a resolution can be agreed. Otherwise, heat job in one day!!?"

"Very professional company and great quality work. I highly recommend them."

"Very professional. I had very few things to worry about when I replaced my existing tile and carpet flooring with luxury vinyl flooring and carpet. I had to paint the baseboards and clean the house after the extra dust settled, but they did the rest, including a basic clean up. The floors look amazing."

"I used M and P for a patio/porch rehab job on my daughters home. Once I contacted them Mack responded within a couple of hours. We set up a time for him to scope out the job and provide an estimate. From start to finish, Mack kept in contact and did everything he committed to. He was professional, provided suggestions, and communicated regularly. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and will likely utilize him on future products."

"He is very professional. He removed a lot of tiles that were damaged and replaced with new. Excellent workmanship. Also removed a damaged sealant on my shower and replaced with new."

"Very good job on the work, and customer service was great also. I should recommend them to anyone!"

"Patricia and here team were fantastic every step of the way. I shopped around and she offered a price for installation that could be beat. On top of the great price the instal of my laminate floors and stair case look amazing. There are no gaps at all and no two board ends line up which takes lots of planning. They were even able to relevel my sub floor to fix a squeak that was very annoying. Highly recommended"

"Just completed the 2nd project with this company - a main bathroom remodel. If I could give 6 stars I would. Very friendly, great attention to detail and expertise, and very, very knowledgeable ( which comes from many years of experience). Highly recommend and will absolutely be calling them again."
