We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). He ensured the driveway was level with the street so our cars wouldn?t ?scratch,? and he widened the sides so we could comfortably get out of our cars.
