"He refinish floors at three different properties for me and has done a fantastic job."

"Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very thorough in setting all nails, filling where needed, and even gluing down some spots. They were very professional, did a phenomenal job on the sand, and the coats of urethane were expertly done. The floor looks FANTASTIC compared to where I was before, and I am really pleased with the results! The kitchen which has a newer floor looks immaculate! The older floors were pretty badly marred, and they made them look 60 years younger.. It was an amazing feat honestly."

"Cody and Ryan were awesome! This was the first time Iâ ve ever had to do a project like refinishing wood floors, and I am so grateful that it was Cody who was guiding us. He was encouraging of our style and helped me feel confident in the overall finish, which covered over 2000 square feet. Their work has been the highlight of our new home."

"Oscar did an amazing job refinishing my beat up wood floors. I never dreamed they could look so good. He was very professional, responding quickly to messages and showing up right when he said he would. I would highly recommend!"

"We were unsure of replacing or refinishing. We decided on refinishing and the floors turned out great! The results exceeded our expectations. Alkass flooring did a superb job!"

"Sam takes the prize in my book for his knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work at a fair price. He did what he said he would do when he said he would and for how much. Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job. I've had several things redone in my place in the last two months and Sam and his work are miles above all the others."

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"The team was quick, efficient and did beautiful work. The refinished floor has more character and beauty than our new hardwood floor in other areas."

"Alex and John did an excellent job of refinishing our front hallway floors. They turned out beautifully and we will have them back for more projects. This is a home though not a business."
