He took down both our kitchen and dining room ceiling light fixtures to check the wiring and make sure all is working properly. He even had 15 minutes left on the hour he had allotted so checked our landscaping irrigation system and determined that a valve was broken and that we will need to contact our landscaping company for repairs.
