"This company was phenomenal. They came right away, even though I wouldn't consider a leak from my kitchen instant hot water dispenser urgent. Arrived on time, gave advice in contacting the manufacturer which eventually saved me $180, and refused to charge anything for the first visit. That's right - no service charge. Their ad on Home-Advisor listed a very reasonable fee, but they just said to call when the new heater was delivered. Installation was smooth and the fee was $249. Do not hesitate to use Rubber Duck. I've owned this home in Massapequa for 32 years, and seen my fair share of plumbers. These people are special."
