"I was leery of getting a new roof. Our house is almost a hundred years old and had asphalt shingle over the original wood shake. The whole crew was courteous, timely and a pleasure to be around. Matt checked in every day, returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. In the end, the final bill was exactly what was estimated to the penny. I would have done the roof 3 or 4 years ago if I'd known it would be this easy."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
