"Came very quickly and did a professional job. Good solid company will use again."

"I highly recommend! We were in need of an entrance to our basement and it came out PERFECT! We will be hiring again for any future work we need done!"

"Hands down the best service I received in a long time. Knowledgeable, Punctual and Reasonable are a few qualities that come to mind. Misael fixed my front steps and also refilled my existing pavers with the right sand that the prior contractor did not do. His attention to detail is on point. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after completing his work, which to me is the biggest selling point for myself. Would highly highly recommend him for your next job!"

"They removed about 100 pounds of debris, were professional, punctual and everything worked out well. I will highly recommend and use them, again."

"Excellent, on time. Quick AND careful. Price was as quoted. No attempt to change price.
The very skilled workers even avoided hitting a wash line that should
have been in the way when lowering down the large dead limbs. Very
polite and respectful, yet also showed a little humor as well -
excellent combination. They even used the roof top and fire escape to
trim and tastefully sculpt some distant limb tips with an extended hand
saw.
I will use them again."

"LI Waterproofing had done extensive work in my basement for the previous owner, so I opted to give them a try myself to resolve new problems that had not been previously addressed. John and his men were responsive and professional.  The work was done as expected and in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was right for the scope of the work requested.  Hand digging was required to expose the foundation outside.  I opted to remove the plants in my garden bed myself before the work was done.  I'm glad I did so. The men worked around the one larger hydrangea I did not move, and it was pretty roughed up during the process.  (I cut back the broken branches that were covered with tar, and I think it will be OK.)  We have had one good rain since the work was done, and the repaired areas in the basement show no signs of dampness.  So I am hopeful.  My sole criticism of the work is that clean-up could have been done better.  Gravel used to fill the window well was spilled into the adjacent garden bed on top of plants.  I spent about 2 hours sorting that out and sweeping the porch and basement where dirt and cement were left.

"Frank Maggio was a very helpful professional. He included some additional concrete work which was not in the initial scope of the job, nor being paid for. He finished my driveway in 4 days, including demolition of the old, and re-grading. I am very pleased with the outcome."

"Re-graveled yard and parking area, Job well done. Very professional. On time in starting and finishing the project."

"removed a/c in wall and patched up area and replaced shingles on  outside side of house.
Paid more (double) in addition to the shingles needed.  Even though it took the amount of ti+me as stated in the deal, they charged me more.
