Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. "Was having the old roof on Mom's house replaced. Overall job went well and contractor cleaned up when done. However in fairness, I think the men could have been more careful during the job. I arrived on the scene on Day 2 to witness men throwing 4x8 sheets of plywood off the roof into a truck below, and occasionally onto the lawn. The truck was filled up and needed to be emptied, so the excess sheets would fall down and bounce out the truck onto the driveway below and sometimes the shrub beds. Some of these shrubs were 50 years old, and took a longtime to shape and grow.. One was smashed,and one tall sprinkler head was knocked crooked. The men didn't seem too responsive to me when I spoke to them, so, I called the owner(who was not on the scene at the time. He arrived the next morning and was able to straighten the sprinkler head, but, the shrub will have to be lived with. Not part of the original job quote."
