Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"The owner Brian took the time to come out look at the problems I had - leaky kitchen drain pipe, garbage disposal replacement, constantly running toilet, and bath tub drain issue - a number of miscellaneous little problems. It was only 10 or 15 minutes to show him everything that needed fixing, but my point is he came out and looked. He then called me a couple days later with a price of 850. We made appointment. He showed up and did all those little jobs. Really helped me out and a nice guy too. Another plumber, who shall remain nameless, called me but he couldn't be bothered to come out, take a look, and give me an actual estimate. He quoted me over the phone what he thought it might be and he was super high on his guestimate. Knowung the actual cost was important to me. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
