"Rhino moving is very professional and fast. I met with the owner who originally said the move would take atleast 4 days because of all the stuff I have and trust me we have ALOT of stuff so was surprised when they finished a day early. Also the the way that they were so caring and careful with all our things nothing got damaged or broken they were extremely organized so when it came to unpacking it was just unbelievably easier than the last company we used. Long story short I wish to never have to move again but if we do I'll be sure to use Rhino moving again it was all around a great experience and they were so easy going it made the whole process go smoothly I'll definitely refer them to friends and family and use them for other projects."

"They came out and moved all my things from one room to my living room. They didn't have storage for my things until a week into the project when they brought out a POD. They charged me for 26Q for my roof and only used 16Q. They were later issued a refund for unused materiel for my roof and kept the refund. They didnt do any organization, they claim that moving things back into the room was organizing  my things. Unhappy with the service provided.

Update:True to his style, Mr.Bronough is above reproach. First/ foremost, TNTS was contracted for prof'l organizg and renovations. I joined Angie's List for the express purpose of Professional organizg services, Mr Bronough" is a member of Nat'l Assn of Profl Organizers, other staff are also." His response contains untruths. There was no carpet laid, "deep cleaning" occurred in two rooms, not "throughout the home", and work took from 9/13 to 2/14 . Many times planned work was rescheduled b/c of their own last minute schedule changes. The first 6 wks was steady, but once the major work was done, J Barry put me off at least 5 times from 11/13 to 1/14 ex. other client emergencies, illness, sometimes a crew arrived and then was pulled off).Mid Oct 2 men came to unpack the POD, then abruptly left , my front lawn covered with items from the pod. I appreciate the renovations but my deep desire for organization is unmet I'm profoundly disappointed in A's list/ Brandon for betraying my trust."
