"Tres worked with us to decide what would work best for our bathrooms, giving very good advice when needed. We were not required to invest time or energy traveling in order to choose materials. He brought everything with him. He has a wonderfully positive attitude, and went to great lengths to accommodate us. He's very easy to work with, and was very responsive to our inquiries or any issues that we had. He is straight forward in giving his opinions, but is also eager to do what we request of him, going beyond what is required. We enjoyed working with him, and would not hesitate to do so again, should the need arise."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Chad, Carol, and Adam were fantastic. Chad was able to articulate each and every step of the tasks to be accomplished. Carol was meticulous and very conscientious about getting some mold residue abated and the painted. Adam was detail oriented and was patient with our MANY questions concerning the installation of our balcony door. He made several constructive suggestions concerning perfecting the aesthetics both inside and out. We have hired Chad and his team to complete a larger scale job. Chad isn’t trying to make bank on this one job. His economic suggestions to save on each aspect of the job is much appreciated. He WILL work within your state budget and is very honest about his estimates. We look forward to working him on other projects."

"This was a house we had just purchased and it was very boxy inside. We knew we wanted to remove a couple walls to open the living space up and give the home better flow. Troy had layed carpet for us before and I knew he did good work so asked him to do the removal of the walls and instillation of archways in place of each. He removed the walls without damage to anything else, then did a great job of installing the arches and drywall. He re-enforced the one wall which was load bearing as it is a two story house. he was very efficient in his work and meticulous with the drywall to make sure it looked perfectly even. On a seperate occasion he installed the wood flooring to cover to cover where the walls came out. It has been a few years and everything still looks great.
