"Charlotte Roofing Specialists replaced our roof this week. They were excellent from the day of the estimate to the day they completed the work. TJ came to look over our roof. He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. We’re very happy with the service and professionalism of Charlotte Roofing Company and greatly recommend them."

"Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."

"Masters Roofing is the best in their business. 10 years ago I had hail damage to my roof and every single house surrounding me was approved for replacement but I was denied, 3 times! Fast forward to fall 2020, there was wind damage to my roof and I lost several shingles. Again, I went to my insurance company; long story short, I was denied once again. Spring of 2021 it was suggested I obtain estimates from a roofer and resubmit the claim to insurance. I began gathering estimates from 6 different roofing companies but there was one that stood out to me, Masters Roofing. They sent a representative out, Tom Shay, who was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products and process! He spent a lot of time explaining the process, my color choices of shingles and material used. Tom was the ONLY one of the six estimates to provide me a folder with material and information about the company, shingle choices, shingle colors, etc. If anyone could get my roof approved, it was Masters Roofing. They immediately prepared the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance; a couple weeks later my roof was approved! Master Roofing was the best choice. Tom continued to work with me in selecting the right shingle color and delivering actual samples to my home. Once the date was set, the shingles were delivered as planned and the work was completed on time and in a clean and organized manner. I couldnâ  t have asked for a better experience. "I had my roofing done, it was a complete roof replacement. The crew was prompt and efficient and Jon was project my manager he stayed in touch and called me before the crew arrived. And also called me throughout the day making sure he was available for all my questions or concerns. Im very pleased with my roof and the clean up process. I would recommend."

". Power washing (with mildew killer) was performed the day before painting. He did a good job communicating with me about a problem with his power washer.  Fortunately, he was able to fix it and at his request come earlier to power wash the left side of the garage/shed and the fence. The next day painting was scheduled to start at 8:30am. At approx. 9:15am, I called the owner to find out why the paint crew had not yet arrived. He said that due to the upcoming July 4th holiday, there were several customers pushing to get their work done before that date. I'm sure the 100 degree temperatures were probably slowing down the paint crews as well. He asked whether or not I could delay part of my work, but I had neighbors who had moved their cars and had pulled 2 dogs into the house so painters could spray paint my garage/shed from their backyard. The owner came to my house with a paint crew at 10:00am. His visit showed he cared to make things right for Angie's List customers. The paint crew leader and team was excellent -- best that I've experienced. The crew leader was bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills. And, he has high emotional intelligence with good leadership skills, and an attention to detail to ensure the paint job was done as specified in the work order. If I explained something, he understood and could translate in Spanish to his team. They applied primer and 2 coats of paint (3 different colors). I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

Demeare was a friendly and consummate professional in estimating the costs and scheduling of my roof repairs. Efrain came out a few days later, and performed a Magnificent job in fixing my roof and pipe boots. I frown on the folks that replaced my roof 17 years ago, as they obviously did not replace these pipe boots back then. Bumble Roofing fixed these boots and some rotting plywood almost instantly.
