"Nancy was our sales lady & Jacob N. was the technician that came by. She was extremely helpful in her diagnosis (and actually even helped us clean up some ants before she left). Jacob N. was extremely thorough, took his time & explained everything very clearly to me. He said if we weren't able to completely remove/eliminate our problems on the first go-around, they would come back out as many times as necessary (my wife is pregnant & they can't use the strongest stuff). Professional, interactive, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Can't ask for anything more! Highly recommend."

"Shaun is knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and efficient. He arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after the job was done. We knew that we were in good hands, and our minds were put at ease, as we could see that we were dealing with someone who is very professional, and has a lot of experience in pest control. "The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."
